Awarded automatically from what the board watches. Nothing is entered by hand. The percentage beside each one is counted across every player in the archive, so if a badge is common it says so.
There are no badges for skill, wins or streaks. The service reports who shared a lobby, never which side they were on and never who won, so the archive cannot honestly award any of that.
